The objective of the Policy:

  • The policy articulates Jindal Shadeed’s perspective on whistleblowing, the process, and the procedure to implement the company’s Code of Conduct (CoC) at the ground level without discrimination and prejudice.
  • Inculcating & Imbibing higher levels of Integrity & Transparency which further institutionalizes Corporate Governance culture. De-Risk the organization from any financial and non-financial corporate governance failure.
  • Through this policy, we aim to build a world-class employer brand supported by world-class leaders who are role models in corporate governance and a world-class team demonstrating higher standards of Ethical Behavior and Corporate Governance.
  • Third parties can also report Code of Conduct violations using this policy. All disclosed information, including the identity of the whistleblower, would remain confidential. Observed violations can also be reported anonymously through the company's website or by other means.
  • The third parties and all concerned stakeholders shall keep safe and confidential any aspect related to information security of the company. The third parties and all concerned stakeholders shall report to the company for any breaches or violations of information security.
